4. Retention Periods

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject
You have the right at any time to:
- Access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR) — for example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability in a structured, commonly used format (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Object to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

7. Cookies
This site uses only technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the membership functionality (login, session continuity). There is no web analytics, no tracking, and no integration of third-party advertising networks. Consent under § 165(3) TKG 2021 / ePrivacy is therefore not required.
If web analytics or third-party tracking is added later, a compliant opt-in cookie banner will be added and this notice updated.
